✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
✔️ Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
✔️ Support rehab therapy teams and ensure patient safety
✔️ Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
✔️ Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians for integrated care
✔️ Ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment for all residents

✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
✔️ Active NH LNA certification
✔️ Current BLS certification
✔️ 1+ year experience in rehab, long-term care, or acute care
✔️ Skilled in ADLs, infection control, and vital signs
✔️ Compassionate, adaptable, and strong team communicator

✅ Schedule & Compensation
✔️ Per-Diem: 1 shift/week
✔️ Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
✔️ Rate: $13.51/hour
