✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide assistance with ADLs including bathing, dressing, and mobility
✔️ Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed staff
✔️ Help facilitate rehab therapies by ensuring patient comfort and equipment readiness
✔️ Keep accurate records of care provided and follow documentation standards
✔️ Maintain a clean and safe care environment while ensuring infection control
✔️ Collaborate with the care team to deliver patient-centered support

✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ Graduate of an approved Nursing Assistant training program
✔️ Active NH LNA certification and current BLS
✔️ At least 1 year of experience in a rehab, long-term care, or acute setting preferred
✔️ Proficient in patient hygiene, vital signs, and infection control
✔️ Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills
✔️ Adaptability to fast-paced clinical environments

✅ Schedule & Compensation
✔️ Per-Diem: 2 shifts/week
✔️ Shift Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
✔️ Includes every other weekend and some holidays
✔️ Rate: $17.34/hour
