Position Overview
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Rochester, NH. Qualifications
✅ Education: Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
✅ Licensure:
Active New Hampshire LNA certification
Current BLS certification

✅ Experience:
Minimum 1 year of LNA experience preferred (rehab, long-term care, or acute care)
✅ Technical Skills:
Proficient in ADLs, vital sign monitoring, and infection control
✅ Soft Skills:
Compassion, strong communication, adaptability, and a team-first attitude

Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist patients with bathing, dressing, mobility, and other daily living activities
✅ Observe and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff
✅ Support rehab therapies by ensuring patient safety and prepping equipment
✅ Document care accurately in patient records
✅ Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians for coordinated care
✅ Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents
