Position Overview
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide essential patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Hampton, NH. This per-diem role involves supporting patients’ daily needs, promoting recovery, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications
✅ Education: Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
✅ Licensure/Certifications: Active NH LNA certification & current BLS certification
✅ Experience: 1+ year of LNA experience (rehab, long-term care, or acute care preferred)
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADLs, vital signs, and infection control
✅ Soft Skills: Compassion, strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork

Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist patients with bathing, dressing, mobility, and other daily living activities
✅ Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to nursing staff
✅ Support rehabilitation therapies by preparing equipment and ensuring patient safety
✅ Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records
✅ Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver holistic care
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
