Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide essential patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Keene, NH. This per-diem role involves supporting patients’ daily needs, promoting recovery, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications:
✔️ Education: Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
✔️ Licensure/Certifications: Active NH LNA certification and current BLS certification
✔️ Experience: 1+ year of LNA experience (rehab, long-term care, or acute care preferred)
✔️ Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADLs, vital sign monitoring, and infection control protocols
✔️ Soft Skills: Compassion, strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist patients with bathing, dressing, mobility, and other daily living activities
✔️ Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to nursing staff
✔️ Support rehabilitation therapies by preparing equipment and ensuring patient safety
✔️ Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records
✔️ Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver holistic care
✔️ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
