✅ Qualifications
✔️ High School Diploma or equivalent.
✔️ Active NJ CNA license and BLS certification required.
✔️ Previous experience in SNF, rehab, or long-term care preferred.
✔️ Skilled in ADL assistance, vitals monitoring, infection control, and EHR.
✔️ Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide ADL support (bathing, dressing, mobility).
✔️ Observe and report patient condition changes.
✔️ Assist with exercises and patient engagement.
✔️ Keep accurate patient records and maintain a clean, safe care space.
✔️ Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and therapy teams.
