✅ Qualifications
✔️ High School Diploma or GED required.
✔️ Active NJ CNA license and current BLS certification.
✔️ Experience in SNFs or similar rehab environments preferred.
✔️ Strong skills in ADL care, vitals monitoring, EHR documentation, and infection control.
✔️ Compassionate communicator and collaborative team player.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist residents with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and mobility.
✔️ Monitor and promptly report patient condition changes.
✔️ Support therapeutic goals through care and engagement.
✔️ Maintain a clean, safe environment and accurate records.
✔️ Work closely with the care team to deliver personalized patient support.
