Hourly Rate: $16.81/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ High School Diploma or GED
✔️ Active New Jersey CNA license + BLS certification
✔️ Experience in SNFs or rehab settings preferred
✔️ Strong in ADLs, vitals monitoring, EHR documentation, and infection control
✔️ Compassionate, adaptable, and excellent at teamwork and communication

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist residents with ADLs – bathing, dressing, mobility, and more
✔️ Monitor patient health and report changes to nurses
✔️ Support recovery through therapeutic activities
✔️ Maintain clean, safe care areas and accurate records
✔️ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
