Employment Type: Per-Diem
Hourly Rate: $16.28/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ High School Diploma or GED.
✔️ Active New Mexico CNA license.
✔️ BLS certification.
✔️ Prior experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or related settings preferred.
✔️ Skilled in ADL support, vital sign monitoring, infection control, and EHR documentation.
✔️ Strong teamwork, empathy, and adaptability in a clinical environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
✔️ Report changes in patient status to nursing staff.
✔️ Support therapy goals with patient engagement and daily care.
✔️ Maintain clean, organized, and safe surroundings.
✔️ Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure personalized care.
