Hourly Rate: $14.44–$15.71/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
✔️ Active New Mexico CNA license.
✔️ Current BLS certification.
✔️ Previous experience in SNFs, rehab centers, or similar clinical settings preferred.
✔️ Proficient in ADL support, vital sign monitoring, infection control, and EHR documentation.
✔️ Compassionate, dependable, and collaborative team player.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
✔️ Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
✔️ Help patients achieve rehab milestones through engagement and encouragement.
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation and a clean, safe environment.
✔️ Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and therapists to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
