Employment Type: Per-Diem
Hourly Rate: $27.11/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent
✔️ Active New Mexico CNA license and current BLS certification
✔️ Prior experience in SNF, rehab, or similar clinical setting preferred
✔️ Skilled in ADL support, vital sign monitoring, and EHR documentation
✔️ Compassionate, communicative, and team-oriented

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist with daily living tasks including bathing, dressing, and feeding
✔️ Monitor patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff
✔️ Support patients through rehabilitation exercises and routines
✔️ Maintain clean, safe patient environments
✔️ Collaborate with nurses and therapists to provide personalized care
