✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active New Mexico LPN license, plus BLS & CPR certification
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in rehab, long-term care, or acute settings
✔️ Skilled in EMR use, clinical documentation, and patient monitoring
✔️ Empathetic, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Administer meds, treatments, and wound care under RN guidance
✔️ Track patient vitals, status, and progress with precision
✔️ Collaborate on care plans with nurses, therapists, and physicians
✔️ Educate patients/families on care routines and medications
✔️ Maintain clinical documentation and follow safety protocols
✔️ Provide emotional support and serve as a patient advocate
