Employment Type: Per-Diem
Hourly Rate: $28.11/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active NM LPN license, plus BLS & CPR certifications
✔️ 1+ year of experience in rehab, long-term care, or acute settings preferred
✔️ Skilled in EMR, patient monitoring, and clinical documentation
✔️ Empathetic, detail-oriented, and a team-oriented communicator

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Deliver medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
✔️ Record and monitor vital signs, condition changes, and care progress
✔️ Implement care plans alongside nurses, doctors, and therapists
✔️ Educate patients and families on medications and post-care routines
✔️ Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety and infection protocols
✔️ Advocate for patients’ needs and provide emotional support
