Certified Nurse Assistant – Night Shift (SNF) – Queens, NY 11427 (#25225)
Employment Type: Full-Time (3-Month Contract)
Hourly Rate: $27/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of a state-approved CNA training program
✔️ Active New York CNA certification
✔️ Proof of Hepatitis B immunity (required)
✔️ At least 1 year of CNA experience in SNF or long-term care
✔️ Strong infection control knowledge and ADL support skills
✔️ Dependable, empathetic, and able to thrive in a team environment

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
✔️ Monitor health changes and report to nursing staff
✔️ Support feeding, hydration, and mealtime prep
✔️ Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient areas
✔️ Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other care team members
✔️ Follow all SNF protocols and regulatory standards
