Certified Nurse Assistant / Evening (SNF) / Contract – Queens, NY 11427 (#25219)
Employment Type: Full-Time (3-Month Contract)
Hourly Rate: $27/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Completion of a state-approved CNA program
✔️ Active New York CNA certification
✔️ Proof of Hepatitis B immunity (required)
✔️ At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care or SNF setting
✔️ Skilled in ADL support, infection control, and vitals monitoring
✔️ Reliable, team-oriented, and empathetic communicator

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, and ambulation
✔️ Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behavior
✔️ Provide support during meals and hydration
✔️ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment
✔️ Work closely with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare staff
✔️ Follow all facility protocols and regulatory guidelines
