✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs
✔️ Administer prescribed medications and clinical treatments
✔️ Perform wound care, catheterizations, and related procedures
✔️ Collaborate with RNs, doctors, and therapy teams to carry out care plans
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation via EHR and report changes in condition
✔️ Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
✔️ Support patient rehabilitation goals with compassionate care

✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active North Carolina LPN license and current BLS certification
✔️ 1+ year of LPN experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care
✔️ Skilled in medication administration, wound care, and charting
✔️ Team player with strong communication and empathy

✅ Schedule & Compensation
✔️ Per-Diem: 1 shift/week
✔️ Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
✔️ Rate: $24.31/hour
