✔️ Graduate of a state-approved CNA training program
✔️ Active Oklahoma CNA certification
✔️ Entry-level role — 0 to 1 year of experience (new grads encouraged to apply)
✔️ Skills in ADLs, basic vitals, documentation, and infection control
✔️ Compassionate, reliable, and safety-conscious team player
✅ Required Documents
✔️ Valid Oklahoma CNA certification
✔️ Current BLS/CPR certification
✔️ Resume
✔️ 2 professional references
✔️ Copies of clinical license/registration

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
✔️ Record vital signs: temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration
✔️ Help with feeding and hydration; monitor intake and output
✔️ Reposition and transfer patients to avoid pressure injuries
✔️ Support safe ambulation and clean patient areas/linens
✔️ Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
✔️ Provide emotional support and ensure patient safety and dignity
