✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
✔️ Monitor patient conditions and document vital signs and clinical progress
✔️ Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to carry out care plans
✔️ Educate patients and families on care routines and recovery goals
✔️ Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
✔️ Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
✔️ Offer emotional support and advocate for patient needs

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active PA LPN license
✔️ Current BLS and CPR certification
✔️ 1+ year of experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute settings preferred
