✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
✔️ Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the clinical team
✔️ Encourage patient participation in rehabilitation exercises and therapies
✔️ Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient environments
✔️ Ensure accurate documentation and uphold infection control standards
✔️ Collaborate with nurses and healthcare providers to support care plans

✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ High School Diploma or equivalent
✔️ Active CNA license in RI and current BLS certification
✔️ Experience in a SNF, rehab facility, or long-term care preferred
✔️ Proficiency in patient hygiene care, vitals, and EHR documentation
✔️ Compassionate, adaptable, and collaborative work ethic
