✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
✔️ Monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient condition.
✔️ Support rehab efforts through patient engagement and therapeutic routines.
✔️ Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in resident areas.
✔️ Work closely with RNs, therapists, and fellow CNAs to provide coordinated care.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
✔️ Licensure: Active Rhode Island CNA license and current BLS certification.
✔️ Experience: Preferred experience in SNF, rehab, or similar settings.
✔️ Skills: ADL support, infection control, EHR charting, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
