✅ Qualifications
✔️ Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
✔️ Active Vermont LNA certification
✔️ Current BLS certification
✔️ 1+ year of LNA experience (rehab, LTC, or acute care preferred)
✔️ Skilled in ADLs, infection control, and monitoring vital signs
✔️ Strong communicator with compassion and flexibility

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist patients with bathing, dressing, mobility, and daily living tasks
✔️ Observe and report changes in patient condition
✔️ Support rehab therapies and promote patient safety
✔️ Accurately document all care and updates
✔️ Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care
✔️ Keep the environment clean, safe, and organized
