Employment Type: Per-Diem
Hourly Rate: $12.83/hr – $14.08/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ High School Diploma or equivalent.
✔️ Active West Virginia CNA license and BLS certification.
✔️ 1+ year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), rehab center, or similar setting preferred.
✔️ Skilled in ADLs, vital signs monitoring, EHR use, and infection control.
✔️ Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork in high-paced care settings.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist patients with daily living needs like bathing, grooming, and mobility.
✔️ Monitor health status and report any changes to nursing staff.
✔️ Support rehabilitation goals and keep patients engaged.
✔️ Maintain up-to-date patient documentation and ensure a clean, safe environment.
✔️ Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other care staff to provide individualized care.
