Licensed Practical Nurse – Charleston, WV 25301 (#M1100)
Employment Type: Per-Diem (1 Day/Week)
Hourly Rate: $27.00/hr – $29.49/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
✔️ Active WV LPN license and BLS certification required.
✔️ At least 1 year of experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care.
✔️ Proficient in wound care, medication administration, and EHR documentation.
✔️ Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and adaptability in fast-paced settings.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.
✔️ Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to deliver personalized care.
✔️ Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
✔️ Support infection control and safety protocols.
✔️ Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and families.
