✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
✔️ Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly.
✔️ Provide support during rehabilitation exercises and engage patients in meaningful interaction.
✔️ Ensure clean, safe environments while accurately documenting patient information.
✔️ Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and care teams to deliver exceptional care.

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
✔️ Licensure & Certifications:
Active CNA certification in West Virginia
Current BLS certification
✔️ Experience: Preferred experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), rehab center, or similar setting.
✔️ Clinical Skills: Proficiency in ADL support, infection control, EHR documentation, and basic patient monitoring.
✔️ Soft Skills: Empathetic, reliable, and adaptable team player with strong communication skills.
