🩺 Locums – NP/PA Home Health Assessments – No Treatment – Full Day Pay – NJ Counties 🩺

Job description

📅 Schedule Details:

Full-time: 40 hours/week, Monday–Saturday (flexible)

Daily shifts between 8 AM–8 PM (you’ll be scheduled for one 8-hour shift/day)

1-hour paid lunch included

Schedules released 2–3 weeks in advance

📌 Job Highlights:

100% home health assessments – no treatment, no prescribing

5–6 patient visits/day

Guaranteed full-day pay regardless of volume

Conduct annual wellness and chronic care assessments

A1C testing only if applicable (no labs drawn)

Mileage reimbursed daily

🧰 Provided Equipment:

iPad

Blood pressure cuff

Lab kits

📑 Requirements:

Active New Jersey license

NJ Medicare number

Credentialing in 1–2 weeks

🚗 Travel role – must be comfortable driving between patient homes
