Our client is a respected name in the energy sector, and we’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner to support their on-site occupational health and safety efforts.

Primary Function:
As the on-site Nurse Practitioner, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the client’s workforce safe, healthy, and productive. You’ll provide occupational health services, urgent care interventions, and proactive support for injury prevention and recovery—working with a collaborative team dedicated to workplace wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform pre-employment exams, injury assessments, and return-to-work evaluations
• Provide treatment and stabilization for urgent care needs within your scope
• Administer immunizations and conduct health screenings (audiometry, spirometry, TB, etc.)
• Support case management, safety protocols, and injury prevention strategies
• Maintain thorough and compliant medical records in line with HIPAA and OSHA standards
• Serve as a clinical resource for on-site medical support staff

Qualifications:
• Active NP license (state-specific) and board certification (FNP, AGNP, or ANP)
• 3+ years of experience in Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine
• DOT Medical Examiner certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and independent decision-making skills
• Comfort working in an industrial/utility environment

Pay: $71.81 - $76.72 per hour
$67,200 – $79,800 per year
Expected hours: 18 – 20 per week
