✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist Physical Therapists with implementing individualized treatment plans
✔️ Lead patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities
✔️ Track patient progress and communicate updates to supervising PTs
✔️ Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise routines
✔️ Document care using EMR and follow facility standards and protocols

✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
✔️ Active California PTA license and BLS certification
✔️ Minimum 1 year of PTA experience in rehab or clinical setting
✔️ Skilled in therapeutic modalities, mobility techniques, and EMR use
✔️ Communicative, compassionate, and collaborative professional

✅ Schedule & Compensation
✔️ Per-Diem: 1 day/week
✔️ Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
✔️ Rate: $36.61/hour
