Location: Joshua Tree, CA | Full-Time | Salary: $135,200–$216,320/year

✅ What You’ll Do
Lead clinical teams, manage budgets, ensure compliance (Joint Commission, state/federal), and promote top-tier patient care across labor, delivery, and maternal health services.

✅ What You Bring
Bachelor’s in Nursing, RN license, CPR certified. 5+ years RN experience (preferably in L&D), 2+ years in hospital management. Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills required
