Job description

Quick Facts
Assignment Length: 13 weeks (70 practice days)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (no weekends / call)

Setting: Private-practice office coverage while facility goes dark

Patient Mix: Adults + cooperative pediatrics

EMR: Dentrix

Travel & Lodging: 100% paid and arranged by Aya Locums (flight, hotel, rental car)

Malpractice: Occurrence-based policy provided

Scope of Work
Bread-and-butter dentistry: fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures

Root canals, simple & surgical extractions

Hygiene checks, implant placement & restoration

Invisalign & WaveOne rotary system experience preferred (not required)

Ability to refer out complex cases

Strong focus on patient education and bedside manner

Credentialing & Compliance
Lead Time: Approximately 1 week from offer to start

TB (Q-Gold) test must be completed within 3 days of offer — coordinated by our credentialing team

Candidate Requirements
Active Florida dental license (no time to license)

BLS required

DEA preferred

Invisalign and Nitrous Oxide certifications a plus

Board certification not required
