✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Supervise day-to-day nursing operations and patient care coordination
✔️ Develop individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams
✔️ Administer medications and monitor patient outcomes
✔️ Maintain accurate, EHR-compliant documentation
✔️ Conduct regular safety and infection control rounds
✔️ Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance
✔️ Respond to medical emergencies and provide hands-on support
✔️ Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: BSN required; MSN or advanced degree preferred
✔️ Licensure: Active Indiana RN license; BLS/ACLS certification
✔️ Experience:
  ✔️ 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
  ✔️ 2+ years in leadership or supervisory roles
  ✔️ Hospital or public health background preferred
✔️ Technical Skills: EHR systems, infection control, emergency protocols
✔️ Soft Skills: Leadership, conflict resolution, decision-making, and collaboration
