✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active Maine LPN license and BLS certification
✔️ At least 1 year of LPN experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care
✔️ Skilled in medication administration, wound care, and EHR documentation
✔️ Excellent communication skills and a calm, compassionate demeanor

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assess patients and monitor vital signs
✔️ Administer medications and perform basic treatments
✔️ Assist with wound care, catheterization, and clinical procedures
✔️ Support patients’ rehab plans and collaborate with RNs, MDs, and therapists
✔️ Document patient status and communicate updates to the care team
✔️ Maintain infection control and adhere to facility protocols
