Hourly Rate: $28.33

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Completion of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active Maine LPN license and BLS certification
✔️ Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in rehab, long-term, or skilled nursing care
✔️ Proficient in medication administration, wound care, and EHR documentation
✔️ Empathetic, communicative, and responsive in high-demand settings

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Monitor patient vitals and conduct clinical assessments
✔️ Administer prescribed medications and treatments
✔️ Support wound care, catheterization, and infection control protocols
✔️ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to execute care plans
✔️ Document care accurately and report changes in condition
✔️ Promote a safe, therapeutic environment during overnight care
