✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs
✔️ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
✔️ Provide wound care, catheter care, and assist in clinical procedures
✔️ Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to implement individualized care plans
✔️ Document patient progress and communicate changes to the care team
✔️ Promote recovery through daily rehabilitation-focused support
✔️ Maintain infection control and adhere to facility protocols

✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ Completion of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active Maine LPN license
✔️ Current BLS certification
✔️ 1+ year of LPN experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care
✔️ Proficiency in med administration, wound care, and EHR documentation
✔️ Strong communication, empathy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced care setting

✅ Schedule & Compensation
✔️ Per-Diem: 1 shift/week
✔️ Shift Hours: 5:45 AM – 6:15 PM
✔️ Rate: $25.55/hour
