Hourly Rate: $52.16/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
✔️ Active New Mexico SLP license and BLS certification.
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in rehab or acute care settings.
✔️ Proficient in diagnostics and individualized treatment planning.
✔️ Strong communicator with a patient-focused mindset.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Evaluate patients for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
✔️ Create and implement tailored therapy plans.
✔️ Deliver treatment to improve cognitive, communicative, and swallowing abilities.
✔️ Partner with physicians, nurses, and therapists for holistic care.
✔️ Provide patient and caregiver education on exercises and strategies.
✔️ Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation.
✔️ Follow facility standards and healthcare regulations.
