Hourly Rate: $30.35/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
✔️ Active New Mexico LPN license.
✔️ BLS and CPR certified.
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in rehab, LTC, or acute care preferred.
✔️ Proficient in EMR and clinical documentation.
✔️ Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and patient empathy.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Administer medications, wound care, and treatments under RN supervision.
✔️ Monitor patient conditions, document vital signs and clinical progress.
✔️ Collaborate on care plans with RNs, therapists, and physicians.
✔️ Educate patients and families on recovery care and medications.
✔️ Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation.
✔️ Uphold safety, infection control, and facility protocols.
✔️ Offer emotional support and advocate for patient-centered care.
