✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
✔️ Active New Mexico LPN license with valid BLS and CPR certifications.
✔️ At least 1 year of experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care preferred.
✔️ Proficient in EMR and clinical documentation.
✔️ Compassionate communicator with strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Deliver medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision.
✔️ Monitor patient progress, vital signs, and report health status changes.
✔️ Partner with RNs, physicians, and therapists to implement personalized care plans.
✔️ Educate patients and families on medications and post-treatment recovery.
✔️ Maintain precise clinical records and uphold safety/infection control standards.
✔️ Provide emotional support and patient advocacy throughout the care journey.
