Employment Type: Per-Diem
Hourly Rate: $25.64–$25.85/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active New Mexico LPN license
✔️ Current BLS and CPR certification
✔️ At least 1 year of experience in rehab, long-term care, or acute settings
✔️ Skilled in EMR systems and clinical documentation
✔️ Empathetic communicator and strong team player with sharp attention to detail

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
✔️ Track and record patient conditions, vitals, and progress
✔️ Support and implement individualized care plans
✔️ Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to optimize care
✔️ Educate patients and families about medication and recovery plans
✔️ Ensure accurate clinical documentation and follow safety protocols
✔️ Provide emotional support and patient advocacy during the rehab process
