✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
✔️ Monitor patient vitals and report changes in condition
✔️ Support care plan execution and rehabilitation goals
✔️ Educate patients and families on recovery routines and medication use
✔️ Ensure thorough EMR documentation and accurate shift reports
✔️ Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
✔️ Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and therapists for holistic care

✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active New Mexico LPN license, plus BLS and CPR certification
✔️ At least 1 year of LPN experience (rehab, SNF, or acute care preferred)
✔️ Confident in EMR usage and medication management
✔️ Compassionate, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

✅ Schedule & Compensation
✔️ Per-Diem: 1 day/week
✔️ Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
✔️ Rate: $27.96/hour
