✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct patient assessments and monitor vitals
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
✔️ Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists on care plans
✔️ Support clinical procedures including catheterization
✔️ Document patient status and updates via EHR
✔️ Advocate for patients' rehabilitation goals through compassionate care
✔️ Comply with infection control and facility protocols

✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active New Mexico LPN license
✔️ Current BLS certification
✔️ 1+ year of experience in rehab, long-term, or skilled nursing care
