Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility in Albuquerque, NM. This per-diem role involves providing compassionate patient care across 12-hour shifts, focusing on rehabilitation, recovery, and patient/family education in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications:
✅ Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✅ Licensure: Active New Mexico LPN license; BLS and CPR certifications required
✅ Experience: 1+ year in rehab, long-term care, or acute settings preferred
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation
✅ Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, teamwork, and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
✅ Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress
✅ Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists on care plan implementation
✅ Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery goals
✅ Maintain accurate clinical records and shift documentation
✅ Ensure compliance with infection control and facility safety protocols
✅ Provide emotional support and advocate for patient needs during recovery
