Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility in Silver City, NM. This per-diem role involves providing compassionate patient care across 12-hour shifts, focusing on rehabilitation, recovery, and patient/family education in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications:
✅ Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✅ Licensure: Active New Mexico LPN license; BLS and CPR certifications required
✅ Experience: 1+ year in rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute settings preferred
✅ Technical Skills: Proficient in EMR and clinical documentation
✅ Soft Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, teamwork, and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
✅ Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress
✅ Assist with care plan implementation alongside RNs, physicians, and therapists
✅ Educate patients and families on medications, care routines, and recovery expectations
✅ Maintain accurate records, including medication logs and shift reports
✅ Ensure safety and compliance with infection control and facility protocols
✅ Offer emotional support and serve as an advocate for patient care
