✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: MSN with Pediatric Nurse Practitioner specialization.
✔️ Licensure: Active NY State NP license + Board Certification.
✔️ Experience: Minimum 1 year clinical experience; pediatric experience preferred.
✔️ Technical Skills: Pediatric diagnostics, treatment planning, EMR proficiency (eClinicalWorks).
✔️ Language: Bilingual in Spanish (required).
✔️ Soft Skills: Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and strong communication skills.
