Licensed Practical Nurse – Skilled Nursing | Mount Olive, NC 28365 (#M1109)
Employment Type: Per-Diem (1 day/week)
Hourly Rate: $25.51/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
✔️ Active North Carolina LPN license.
✔️ Current BLS certification.
✔️ At least 1 year of experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care.
✔️ Skilled in wound care, medication administration, and EHR documentation.
✔️ Strong interpersonal communication, empathy, and team spirit.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assess and monitor patient conditions and vitals.
✔️ Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
✔️ Assist with wound care, catheterization, and mobility support.
✔️ Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and therapists to implement individualized care plans.
✔️ Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation.
✔️ Provide support for patients’ physical and emotional rehabilitation.
✔️ Ensure adherence to safety and infection control standards.
