Licensed Practical Nurse – Skilled Nursing | Siler City, NC 27344 (#M1093)
Employment Type: Per-Diem (1 day/week)
Hourly Rate: $23.51/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
✔️ Active North Carolina LPN license.
✔️ Current BLS certification required.
✔️ At least 1 year of experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care.
✔️ Proficiency in medication administration, wound care, and EHR documentation.
✔️ Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability in clinical settings.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
✔️ Administer medications and perform clinical treatments.
✔️ Assist with wound care, catheter management, and other procedures.
✔️ Work closely with RNs, physicians, and therapists on care plans.
✔️ Keep accurate documentation of patient progress and status changes.
✔️ Provide emotional support and encourage rehabilitation participation.
✔️ Follow infection control and safety protocols per facility guidelines.
