✅ Qualifications
✔ Education: Practical Nursing Diploma/Certificate
✔ Licensure:
 • Active North Carolina LPN license
 • Current CPR certification
✔ Experience:
 • 1+ year in long-term care or juvenile/correctional setting preferred
✔ Technical Skills:
 • Patient assessment
 • Medication administration
 • Clinical documentation
✔ Soft Skills:
 • Empathy, communication, time management, adaptability
✔ Other Requirements:
 • Up-to-date physical
 • Pass background check and drug screening
