We are hiring an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for a Level 3 General Practice role in Oklahoma government facilities. Level 3 LPNs are senior practitioners who demonstrate autonomy, leadership, and advanced clinical skills.

✔️ Provide complex patient care for high-acuity cases
✔️ Supervise and coordinate subordinate LPNs, CNAs, and support staff
✔️ Act independently within LPN scope in the absence of direct RN oversight
✔️ Mentor junior staff and support quality assurance initiatives
✔️ Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards

✅ Qualifications

✔️ Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Licensure: Active Oklahoma LPN license
✔️ Certifications: Current BLS/CPR; advanced certifications as required
✔️ Experience: 5+ years or as specified by the facility (Level 3)
