✅ Position Overview
We’re hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Level 2 General Practice role at a government-owned facility in Oklahoma. Level 2 LPNs are experienced professionals capable of performing complex clinical tasks and limited supervisory functions.
✔️ Provide direct care and manage moderately complex nursing duties
✔️ Perform wound care, catheterization, tracheal suctioning, and IV administration as permitted
✔️ Assist with care planning and collaborate with RNs
✔️ Offer guidance to CNAs and junior staff
✔️ Ensure compliance with facility protocols and escalate issues as needed

✔️ Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Licensure: Active Oklahoma LPN license
✔️ Certifications: Current BLS/CPR
✔️ Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience or as specified by the facility

• Willingness to undergo Drug Screen/Urine Toxicology Test
