Hourly Rate: $28.81/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active PA LPN license
✔️ BLS and CPR certifications
✔️ 1+ year of experience in rehab, long-term care, or acute care settings preferred
✔️ Proficient in EMR systems and clinical documentation
✔️ Excellent communication, empathy, and attention to detail

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision
✔️ Monitor and document patient conditions, vitals, and care progress
✔️ Support care plan implementation with RNs, therapists, and physicians
✔️ Educate patients and families on recovery, medications, and post-care
✔️ Maintain clinical records and shift documentation
✔️ Follow infection control and facility protocols
✔️ Provide emotional support and advocate for patient needs
