✅ Qualifications
✔️ Degree in Physical Therapy
✔️ Active Virginia PT license
✔️ Current BLS certification
✔️ 1+ year of experience in a rehab or similar clinical setting
✔️ Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset and adaptability

✔️ Evaluate patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans
✔️ Apply evidence-based interventions to support mobility, function, and recovery
