Licensed Practical Nurse – Moses Lake, WA 98837 (#M1097)
Employment Type: Per-Diem
Hourly Rate: $26.39/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
✔️ Active WA LPN license with BLS and CPR certification required.
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in rehab, long-term care, or acute care preferred.
✔️ Proficient in EMR and accurate clinical documentation.
✔️ Excellent communication, empathy, and attention to detail.

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN direction.
✔️ Monitor and record patient conditions and vital signs.
✔️ Assist with care plans and collaborate with physicians, RNs, and therapists.
✔️ Educate patients and families on recovery and post-care instructions.
✔️ Ensure accurate documentation, including medication logs and shift reports.
✔️ Follow all infection control and safety standards.
✔️ Provide emotional support and advocate for patient needs.
